Pandorathon- 6-MAY 2020-Alpha and Omega

I am your alpha and omega

The only one you look forward to

Deny me not with any pretence

For you have no choice

I am your imperial source of joy

Acknowledged sooner or later

I hold your memories on a pedestal

With a mirror, I project every lesson

You confide in me , your unfilled dreams

Many that you manifest hoping it turns true

I am the one to lead you

To path of Life, Death and Beyond

I am Time that you yearn, learn and burn

In pursuit of daily fulfillment

REVERSE

In pursuit of daily fulfillment

I am Time that you yearn, learn and burn

To path of Life, Death and Beyond

I am the one to lead you

Many that you manifest hoping it turns true

You confide in me , your unfilled dreams

With a mirror, I project every lesson

I hold your memories on a pedestal

Acknowledged sooner or later

I am your imperial source of joy

For you have no choice

Deny me not with any pretence

The only one you look forward to

I am your alpha and omega

Pandorathon-2-May 2020-Brief Moments

Our moment was brief
Under the pale sun that larked above
Our feet just managed to brace off each other
Hopping over the corals shells below
And immersing into the slippery sands
We etched our imprints until
You  swept me off my feet and rushed away
Recalls  the anchored boat about the tides

Prompt- write something in prose or poetry inspired by "The Moment"  after Margaret Atwood’s poem of the same name which is very pertinent to these times.

Peached

Peach shaded shirt became the cynosure of my eyes, the crisp linen on his broad chested shoulders rolled up casually into his roque arms, fairly enjoying the cool quotient set by few buttons opened lurched by my heart to skip few beats. The peach fabric played naughty by lazily resting on his strong frame letting me get a peak of his amazing body that had slowly started leaning against mine!

Call of the ocean

Walk to the shores, though your feet may turn sore, the sand is not pure
the colour is just a lure
stand in the middle, the waves will try to fiddle
yet you hold onto strongly
look at the oceanic expanse and sing a song
the feet will rise as your voice
the poignant resonance of your soul will be glorious due
and then, close your eyes so you can sink into the depths,
the fear of drowning will go, you will casually want yourself sink into it.
