Teachers truly help in moulding a student’s personality. I am fortunate to have 3 R’s in my life.
Starting with school, tuitions and then college.
Rita Peirara- my school teacher.:
Rita Miss taught me maths and she has been a class teacher too. She always wears a smile on her face and is a very humble person. Students including me are too fond of her wittiness and cheerful attitude. She was an amazing teacher who I really admired and listened to attentively though I hated to do maths sums. She helped me to believe in myself and accept challenges.
One such challenge was that when she selected me to do a group carol singing though I was hesitant to do so. She was adamant and encouraged me by saying” Elvira, don’t worry, just sing, you have a beautiful voice!” That statement really had an impact upon me though not sure of my voice! (hahaha) And well, we won the 1st prize and Rita Miss was the 1st one to hug and congratulate me. That day, I was over the moon and truly happy that Miss had really changed me. Her knowledge has helped me to learn new things and be a better person.
Raju Batham- my tuition teacher:
Raju Sir is a jewel hard to find. His inspiring talks, techniques of teaching and jovial attitude truly define him. His approach towards life is really interesting. I still remember the crazy pranks he used to play. I am his proud student for about 7 years.
He interesting teaching helped me to gain more knowledge and stand 1st in both SSC and HSC in his tuitions. Those who know him will vouch for his jovial personality and his fondness for children. Sir has changed my life for the best and helped me come out with my creative side too.
Kajali Raina- my college teacher:
Raina Miss as she fondly called is a really adorable person. Raina miss is a person full of life, intelligent and caring. She taught me English in college only for 2 years but still holds a special place in my life. It is Raina miss whose stories and teaching really made the class more interesting and different. I really love her sweet and gentle voice!!!! Do, I need to say anything more??? Well, she was a guiding force who has today helped me to pen down my feelings. I remember when she consoled me when I did a blunder with my paper during HSC exam.
Her words of comfort really helped me to overcome the trouble. Raina Miss is a diamond !!!!
Coincidentally, all of them have their initials as “R”.
So, I can proudly say that 3 R’s have changed my life. Thanx U Teachers for making me the person I am today!!!!! miss u a lot, all of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
